1. Digital Products and Services

  • All our services, including digital designs, software integrations, marketing automation, and consultancy solutions, are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Due to the intangible and downloadable nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after successful delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under specific conditions:

  • If the service or product was not delivered within the committed time frame and no communication or progress has been made.
  • If the final deliverable is completely different from the agreed scope of work as per the official proposal or quotation.
  • If a technical or system error from our side prevents the completion or access to your purchased service.

In such cases, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund, after internal verification.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The project has already been started and involves client-approved milestones or drafts.
  • The delay or dissatisfaction arises from incomplete or delayed feedback, information, or approvals from the client’s side.
  • The product/service was customized specifically for the client.
  • The request for a refund is made after 7 days from the delivery date.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Clients must submit refund requests via official email to info@muonnuodigitec.com with the project name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
  • Our support team will review and respond within 48 working hours.

5. Cancellations

  • Service cancellations must be requested before the project begins or within 24 hours of payment.
  • Once the project has started or work has been assigned to our creative/technical team, cancellation and refund are not applicable.
