1. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can request a cancellation of their order or project within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided the work has not yet started.
  • Once the project is initiated, resources are allocated, and preliminary work is completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, clients must email us at info@muonnuodigitec.com with their project details and invoice number.
  • NUOdigitec reserves the right to cancel a project in cases of non-cooperation, delayed feedback, or violation of terms. Any such cancellations will be communicated officially to the client.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure every client receives high-quality results as per their expectations. However, refunds will only be processed under specific, valid circumstances.

Refunds Are Applicable Only If:

  • The project/service was not delivered as agreed in the proposal or within the specified timeframe due to reasons on our end.
  • The final output is completely inconsistent with the project scope defined at the time of agreement.
  • A technical or system error from our side prevents service completion or delivery.

In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued after internal verification and approval.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not eligible under the following circumstances:

  • The service or project has already been initiated or completed.
  • The delay or dissatisfaction arises due to incomplete client input, late approvals, or communication gaps.
  • The product/service has been customized as per client requirements.
  • The refund request is raised after 7 days of service delivery.
  • The issue results from third-party tools or platforms not managed by NUOdigitec.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Clients must email the refund request to info@muonnuodigitec.com with full project details and the reason for the request.
  • NUOdigitec’s finance team will evaluate each case and respond within 48 working hours.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, NUOdigitec encourages clients to first contact our support team to resolve the issue amicably. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and satisfactory resolution for both parties.
