    • Once a project is confirmed and work has begun, it is non-cancellable except as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

    3. Payment Terms

    • Payments are to be made as per the agreed quotation or proposal shared before project initiation.
    • For custom projects, 50% advance payment is required to start the work, and the balance is due upon completion.
    • Payments once made are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.
    • Delays in payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

    4. Delivery and Timelines

    • Project timelines are shared in advance and may vary depending on client feedback, revisions, and communication.
    • NUOdigitec ensures timely delivery; however, delays caused by unforeseen technical issues, third-party dependencies, or client-side approvals will not be considered as a breach of contract.

    5. Intellectual Property

    • All creative designs, software codes, documents, and materials developed by NUOdigitec remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
    • Upon complete payment, ownership of the final deliverables (as defined in the project scope) is transferred to the client.
    • NUOdigitec reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    6. Confidentiality

    • NUOdigitec maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, business information, and project details.
    • Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding NUOdigitec’s internal processes, tools, and proposals.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • NUOdigitec will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
    • We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party plugins, hosting, social media platforms, or any external integrations.

    8. Revisions and Modifications

    • Revisions to design or deliverables will be handled as per the number agreed upon in the service proposal.
    • Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges.
    • NUOdigitec reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

    9. Termination

    • Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice if the other party violates any major term or fails to fulfill its obligations.
    • In such cases, payment for work completed up to the termination date will be due immediately.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
